Billing Policy
Your credit card or account will be charged and captured at the time you place your order on the website. In most cases, the product will be shipped out within 72 hours of payment (business days), in which case you will receive a tracking notification to your email or by SMS text message (depending on the option you chose at checkout) and delivered within 5-7 business days depending on your location. Freight items traveling by truck may take up to 10 business days to deliver depending on location. In some cases, we will have shipping delay notices on the product page of the product you ordered. Please be sure to read any notices on the product page prior to ordering from our website.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Free Shipping*: Free shipping offer is for orders within the contiguous Europe over 149€. Freight items that are over 30Kg have special shipping rates and are excluded from free shipping. If items total over 30 Kg standard shipping charges may apply. Items will be shipped via standard shipping and may take 1-7 days to process and 1-2 weeks to deliver. Multiple item orders may be shipped separately and on different days. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Lead Time: Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped out within 1 to 2 days. Some items may take longer to process, usually 1-7 days and then 1-2 weeks to ship. Order Lead times and shipping delivery times vary based on manufacturer and origin to destination location. Your shipping cost will calculate at checkout as an ‘estimation’. Actual shipping costs on freight may differ depending on location. If there is a difference, we will contact you by phone or email with actual shipping costs and an invoice.
By placing an order on our store, you are agreeing to pay any additional unforeseen shipping charges that are outside of our scope of free shipping in addition to customs fees, threshold delivery or garage delivery charges that may occur at the time of delivery, or any other surcharge fees for shipping inside or outside of the domestic EU.
Light & Grow does not guarantee shipping times or availability of its products on the website. Products may arrive in multiple packages. In the case an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder and the customer will be notified via email of the status of the shipment. Shipping outside the domestic EU will require custom shipping options.
International Shipping
Some of our products may be available for international shipping. Shipping costs may be ‘estimated’ at checkout, but may differ from actual shipping costs when the order is placed. A customer service representative will contact you if shipping will differ from the price you were quoted on the website. For accurate international rates, it is best to call us. Some items may not be deliverable to foreign countries outside of the EU due to perishable foods or hazard regulations and, if this is the case, a customer service representative will call or email you with a notification.
Shipping Delays: Shipping delays can include inclimate weather or other conditions beyond our control. If you have not received your order as per the tracking information posted to your account, please call us so we can investigate the matter and get your order out to you as fast as possible. Please be sure to read any notices on the product page prior to ordering from our website.
Backordered Product: In some cases, we may discover an order is out of stock and on backorder after your order was charged to you. If this is the case, our customer service team will attempt to call you and email you to get approval from you to ship the item out when the item is back in stock or cancel the order for you.
